WILL CALL POLICY

It is our goal to provide our customers with excellent service. As an added value to local customers, to save on shipping expenses and get their products faster, we offer a Will Call shipping option. Will Call Customers may pick up orders at our Rancho Dominguez, CA facility.


When placing orders, please indicate the shipping method as “Will Call” and note the desired Will Call date on the order. Will Call pick up times will be scheduled once your order has been confirmed by our customer service representatives.

Will Call hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless otherwise arranged and confirmed.

Will Call Orders will generally be available after 1:30 PM the day after ordering unless otherwise arranged and confirmed.

Same day Will Call orders are possible, though rush fees will apply to these orders. A minimum $25 rush fee will apply, plus any additional same day manufacturing or packaging fees as applicable.

Normal manufacturing and processing lead times apply to all orders for all non-stock items or items not in inventory.

Changes to orders once placed are possible but will cause delays in order processing.

Please have your Order Number on hand when picking up your order(s) for expedient processing.

Customer must review and sign for all product quantities at time of pick up. Once signed for, LMC will not be responsible for discrepancies.

All Will Call Orders must be picked up complete. Splitting of orders will be not be allowed.

Will-call orders not picked up within 5 working days of the scheduled pick up date will be shipped and invoiced or will be cancelled and incur a 25% restocking fee. Private Label orders cannot be cancelled after product has been produced.
